The residents there have no water lines, no sewer and no septic tanks although they are in a heavily populated area and a very short distance from a very affluent area.
John Edwards took a walking tour of Walterboro, South Carolina with SC Representative Bill Bowers and Charleston Councilman Wendell G Gilliard. Townspeople turned out to wish him well and get their photos taken.
