Maximize it if you can't read...
Both browsers have had their cache cleared and a system restart in case any temp files remained. I don't understand how they could make opera any slower, I mean, even 9.25, which I still have on my crap celeron system moves much faster, and that's pretty slow of a browser. I'll upload the Win XP one later.
