Another house...but this time, STUFF HAPPENS. Better then part 2 imo, and far more encasing of the "lonely" feel the wastelands give off. It also shows how VATs is not a one stop "instant" kill machine, and how due to this being an RPG, you can miss with a gun at point blank range.
