A Greensboro police officer shot and killed a suspect during a traffic stop Saturday morning.
It happened 5:45 a.m. at a traffic stop on Eastwood Avenue near Bothwell Street.
Police said a confrontation occured between the driver of the vehicle and the officer. During the confrontation, the officer shot the suspect who died on the scene. The officer was not injured.
