We took a short trip to Barstow California to visit Raymond's Aunt Maybelle. We also visited the Calico Ghost Town located a few miles outside of Barstow.

We went to Fountain Hills to see the famous fountain at Fountain Hills. The wind was blowing pretty hard (some of my audio is affected, too) so the fountain only stayed on about 10 seconds and didn't shoot as high as it was supposed to.
We moved yesterday (8-16-08) and this is a quick movie showing Mom's new place. Still lots of putting away to do but it will give you a glimpse of her new place. I'll take another movie after she is settled.
Snow started falling about 1:15pm on December 1st. The forecast is for snow this afternoon and evening then rain during the night. It's beautiful, don't you think?
