This plugin enable the windows on the desktop to avoid (dodge) the mouse this can be helpful when you need to keep a window on the top of others and if for some reason that window is blocking the views of something else you're working on you can move it without needing to click on it just getting the mouse closer to it then it moves away
:D just showing off
